All Sales Are Final Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review product descriptions, photos, and measurements carefully before placing your order. Damaged During Shipment We take great care in packaging every order, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please:

Take photos of the damaged item and packaging immediately upon receipt.

We'll work with you to file a shipping claim and make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
