Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Carriers & Delivery We ship via USPS and UPS within the contiguous United States. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we ship to US addresses only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at drybranchhollow@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Nestled in the rolling hills of Southern Frederick County, Maryland, Dry Branch Hollow is a little slice of handmade heaven on a smoke-free, 125-acre farm — home to sheep, cattle, and a whole lot of creativity.

I've been crafting since my younger years, but turned my passion into a business in the early 2000s. What drives me? Making things that are practical, a little funny, and totally unique — items you won't find anywhere else, made with care and a whole lot of heart.
